Saus coklat :
75 gr coklat masak pekat, cincang kasar
25 gr mentega
50 gr brown sugar
150 gr krim kental
2 sdm rum
Cara Membuat :
Taruh coklat masak, mentega dan brown sugar dalam wadah, lelehkan dengan cara ditim. Setelah leleh, masukkan krim kental, aduk rata, angkat, lalu tambahkan rum, aduk.
